Week 7 Weight Loss on Garcinia Cambogia no change - Round 2 of the Pure Garcinia Cambogia Weight Loss Experiment

No change this week. I'm holding steady at 219 pounds, down a total of 9 pounds so far this time. That's it for me.
I may try it again in a few weeks to see if 3 weeks of weight loss holds tight.

Week 6 Weight Loss on Garcinia Cambogia no change - Round 2 of the Pure Garcinia Cambogia Weight Loss Experiment

No change this week. I'm holding steady at 219 pounds, down a total of 9 pounds so far this time.

Interestingly enough is the fact that on both experiments the weight loss stopped in week 3.





I am going try Citrimax form taking 3,000 mg (4 capsules) 3 times per day. I had the biggest weight loss on week 3 of round 1 at 10 capsules per day.

I am going back to start the Citrimax form taking 1,500 mg (2 capsules) per serving for a total of 4,500 mg.

My 2014 training.

This year I used primarily machines for the first time in my life. I have been primarily free weights since high school. I've enjoyed the change and the idea of heavier weights without being afraid of getting hurt. I do have to wonder if I am weaker overall since I'm not having to stabilize myself the same as with free weights.

I thought that I would list my splits and then detail today's workout.
