Feeder Workouts


Use 30% of your 1RM. The goal is just to get blood flowing into the muscle. You can do one everyday to bring up a lagging bodypart or that evening or the next day after your regular workout to get blood and nutrients into the muscle worked.

Example:

Do your regular arm work.

Then:

Light Strength Band Pressdowns supersetted with Strength Band Curls for 3 sets of 100.
