My Next Training Split



Week 1
Day 1: Leg Press
Day 2: Back
Day 3: Deadlift - Overhead Press
Day 4: Chest
Day 5: Leg Press

Week 2
Day 1: Deadlift - Overhead Press
Day 2: Back
Day 3: Leg Press
Day 4: Chest
Day 5: Deadlift - Overhead Press

Repeat Weeks 1 and 2.

*** I only listed my main lifts. My plan is to fit assistance exercises into the week.  Or in with the evening cardio workout. 

Example: Back/Biceps or Leg Press/Shoulders or Cardio Acceleration with Arms.
