4 – 8 oz Grapefruit Juice
1 – 2 scoops Whey
2 tablespoons Lecithin granules

Optional:
Sweetner to taste
Coconut oil (1 tsp)
Ginger
Ginseng
Fiber Powder
L-Carnitine 1 - 3 grams
Fucoxanthin 20 mg
Cayenne 500 - 1000 mg
