August Workout Plan: Weight Walk - Tabata - Lift inspired by T Nation

Last month I tried this thing called running. Yes, I know. Started well and felt great but two weeks in my knees felt like Tonya Harding had put a hit out on them. So, this month it will be a steady state program followed by a Tabata during the week and a big but boring type bodybuilding workout on the weekends. Of course the bodybuilding portion will be focused on fat burning. We’ll see how it goes.
