The One Thing You Should Do Now to Gain Muscle Now
To make muscle gains you must eat. There is
currently no way around it. With the busy schedules we all have most seem to
now have the time or will to eat. Well if you can’t eat 7 times per day, then
you need to make one simple change, eat a BIG BREAKFAST.
Here is the blue print.
Immediately
upon waking.
1 scoop whey protein (mix in water)
1 medium banana
Breakfast.
3 whole eggs + 3 egg whites
2 cups cooked oatmeal
It won’t be easy, so stop whining now. I know
you don’t like eggs or oatmeal. You aren’t hungry in the morning. It’s too
much.
Decide what you want or hate more. Eggs and
oatmeal or tiny ass arms.
