My Current Pre-Workout: Theanine and Caffeine in a 2:1 ratio.

I am currently taking this pre-workout. It gives me all the energy and focus I need. The energy is jitter free thanks to the theanine.

Theanine and caffeine in a 2:1 ratio. 

Theanine 600 mg 

Caffeine 300 mg
