Are you hardgainer? Do you eat as many cheeseburgers and ice cream sandwiches as you want and still gain no weight?
Well, you should do two things.
Workout less and turn to Vitol Russian Bear 5000.
As far as the workout goes, maybe you should do a Stronglifts 5x5 style workout (but only once or twice per week) and sit and play video games and sip Russian Bear 5000 all day.
