Make your own vinaigrette dressing with a few basic ingredients! Whisk together 1 Tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil, 1 Tbsp. of red wine vinegar, and a pinch of black pepper for a basic dressing. Experiment with different flavors by replacing the vinegar with another option, such as balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, or lime juice. Herbs such as cilantro or oregano are also tasty additions.

German Body Composition (GBC) aka Lactic Acid Training

Do a minimum of 3 rounds.  Rest 30 to 60 seconds between exercises and 60 seconds between rounds. Use approximately 50% of your normal weight for a 5 to 12 rep sets.

Workout 1

Trap Bar Deadlift          5 – 12 reps

Inverted Row                5 – 12 reps

Overhead Press            5 – 12 reps

Repeat for 3 or more rounds.

Workout 2

Dumbbell Squat           3 – 12 reps

Chin up                         3 – 12 reps

Dumbbell Deadlift       3 – 12 reps

Dumbbell Floor Press  3 – 12 reps

Repeat for 3 or more rounds.

Intermittent Fasting (6 hour eating window)

Hypo caloric diet within the eating window. 20 to 35 fewer calories that your basal metabolic need.

St John’s Wort if you are not on prescribed medications.

Use activated charcoal to help remove bile with contaminants.

Use sodium bicarbonate in tiny amounts with plenty of water.

Drink honey bush or rooibos tea.
