The 4-Hour Body PAGG Fat Loss Stack

The PAGG stack is Timothy Ferriss’ go to fat loss stack as outlined in the Four Hour Body. He was looking for a stack without the side effects of the ECA stack of ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin. 

Below are the products he uses.

– Vitamin Shoppe—Allicin 6000 Garlic, 650 mg, 100 caplets
– Mega Green Tea Extract (decaffeinated), 725 mg, 100 capsules
– Vitamin Shoppe—Alpha-Lipoic Acid, 300 mg, 60 capsules
– Nature’s Life—Policosanol, 60 tablets 

P olicosanol: 20–25 mg
A lpha-lipoic acid: 100–300 mg
G reen tea flavanols (decaffeinated with at least 325 mg EGCG): 325 mg
G arlic extract: 200 mg

Prior to breakfast: AGG
Prior to lunch: AGG
Prior to dinner: AGG

My current pre-workout stack.

1 Scoop Pre-workout 

6 grams citruilline malate

10 grams whey protein

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

4 ounces of grapefruit juice

1 gram l-carnitine 

500 mg ginger

20 mg fucoxanthin

I add water to taste and blend all together in a shaker cup.

My February 2016 Cardio and Strength Training Plan - All Tabata Style

My training in February will follow a Tabata focused approach.  If you are not familiar with Tabata, it is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds.

Cardio and Strength Training:

Light Thrusters
Stair Machine
