2 reps Leg Exercise, Upper Push, Upper Pull
3 reps Leg Exercise, Upper Push, Upper Pull
4 reps Leg Exercise, Upper Push, Upper Pull
5 reps Leg Exercise, Upper Push, Upper Pull
No rest between so use appropriate weights.
