July 2017 Workout Plan

July will be simple. Monday through Friday cardio. Saturday and Sunday weight training.

I'm still working 6:30 am until 10:00 pm excluding travel time Monday through Friday. I am hoping just to stay active.

One bright spot for this is I am still getting some PR's and my shoulders are feeling stronger with less pain.

Diet will be see food. See food eat it. Not too concerned about it. No vanity here.
