Down another pound for 6 total. | Week 5 Results of the AgeForce Weight Loss Patch Experiment





Five weeks in and I'm at 6 pounds for weight loss. My energy is still up and I am feeling no negative side effects. 

I am not monitoring my eating and am pretty much eating whatever I want. 

Last month I did a daily undulating periodization workout so I am changing that up this month to a 1 set to 100 reps workout.


A few basic starting measurements as listed below:

Weight: 222 lbs
Body Fat: 41%
Waist Circumference: 44 inches.

My August Training - Century Sets - 100 rep workouts



I have recently been thinking about low weight high rep training and decided to do it for a month. I am going to do 1 set to 100 reps. Century sets as called by some.

Yeah, I know. There is no way that using a 45 pound bar for 1 set can lead to any sort of gains. Well, as I tell people all the time there is no way of knowing without trying. Well maybe accept for trying crack or jumping off a skyscraper without a parachute.

The plan starting out will be to do full body work with at least three exercises. I will do a lower body exercise and upper body push and pull exercises. I have also toyed with doing a bodybuilding style workout.
