Chris lost 96 pounds doing this. It wasn't easy. I was damned hard. He was only getting between 900 and 1,000 calories per day.

He also lost hella muscle mass. But, his blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose levels dropped into healthy levels.

Chris is now eating a healthy diet for his current weight and working out like a boss.
