Tuesday:        Pull - Hams, Traps, Back, Rear Delts, Biceps

Wednesday:  Push - Quads, Chest, Delts, Triceps

Thursday:      Pull - Hams, Traps, Back, Rear Delts, Biceps

Friday:            Walk

Saturday:       Walk
