Dr. Jacob Wilson's Low Carb Cheesecake Recipe @themusclephd

Visiting my Mom in California and we made this incredible low carb cheesecake together!
Filling *30 grams heavy cream + 8 ounces full fat cream cheese

If not Keto do 10 ounces light / low fat cream cheese *Dash of vanilla extract and salt

144 grams of blue berries

2/3rds serving of vanilla or birthday cake whey
1 large egg

Favorite low cal sweetner and equivalent to 8 packs or I use raw stevia

I get creative here but used almond flour , mixed with coconut flour and vanilla whey with cinnamon and nutmeg . About 10 grams of each. And some low cal sweetner


Crust - note this is honestly good without a crust but if you like one then baste bottom of pie pan with Pam
And pour flour mixture and spread evenly . If not Keto use Pam to seal it in or I can't believe it's not butter spray . If Keto use butter

Filling - combine all ingredients minus blue berries and whip in mixture or with hand wand.

Then stir blueberries in by hand.
Layer filling on top of crust
Bake 18 minutes at 350

Macros - serves 8
