My January 2018 Workout Plan - 2-Day Split






January will be a bodybuilding 4-day split. 

Day 1 - Farmer's Walk
Day 2 - Deadlifts and Pull-ups.
Day 3 - Squat-Press and Floor Press.
Day 4 - Farmer's Walk

Cardio when I can fit it in. Tabata and Steady State.

Diet - Greg Plitt Liquid with one meal.





Potential Appetite Control Stack as needed.

ECA Stack as needed for energy.
