Tuesday, October 24, 2017
An Experiment in Spot Fat Reduction
Step One - Heat the area of concern with a heating
pad. Or use a waist trimmer belt.
Step Two -
Do 3 rounds of Tabata exercise with a focus on the trouble area. This will take about 12 minutes.
Step Three
- Do 45 to 60 minutes of steady state cardio to burn of the fat released in steps
1 and 2.
This should all be done in a
fasted state. Add 2.5 mg of Yohimbine HCL into the mix.
Give it a try and let me know what your results are.
