Directions

As a dietary supplement, begin by taking one capsule per day for the first three days, 30 minutes prior to morning meal. For maximum effectiveness, after day four, take a second capsule 6 to 8 hours later, 30 minutes prior to main meal. To avoid restlessness, do not take within 4 hours prior to sleep. Please read the entire label carefully before use and follow directions. Do not exceed more than 3 capsules per day.

Do not consume synephrine or caffeine from other sources, including but not limited to, coffee, tea, soda, or other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine or caffeine. Do not use for more than 8 consecutive weeks.
