My 2014 training.

This year I used primarily machines for the first time in my life. I have been primarily free weights since high school. I've enjoyed the change and the idea of heavier weights without being afraid of getting hurt. I do have to wonder if I am weaker overall since I'm not having to stabilize myself the same as with free weights.

I thought that I would list my splits and then detail today's workout.

January thru March: Push-Pull-Legs
