My February 2016 Cardio and Strength Training Plan - All Tabata Style



My training in February will follow a Tabata focused approach.  If you are not familiar with Tabata, it is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds.


Cardio and Strength Training: 

Monday - Wednesday - Friday
Kettlebell Swings
Thrusters
Rows
Floor Press
Deadlifts  

Tuesday - Thursday
Light Thrusters
Stair Machine
Arms
