My current pre-workout stack.

1 Scoop Pre-workout 

6 grams citruilline malate

10 grams whey protein

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

4 ounces of grapefruit juice

1 gram l-carnitine 

500 mg ginger

20 mg fucoxanthin

I add water to taste and blend all together in a shaker cup.
