The Vince Gironda's Steak and Eggs Diet Protocol


Eat only 2 times a day. 

Meal one:
3/4 lb to 1 1/2 pounds of steak 
4-6 eggs with butter.

Meal two:
3/4 lb to 1 1/2 pounds of steak 
4-6 eggs with butter.

Eat this for four days straight then have a cheat day on day 5.

Repeat and get ripped. 

My take would be to add a salad with oil and vinegar dressing and/or a side of either spinach, broccoli or asparagus. In addition, a sweet potato with cinnamon would be a good addition.

I think it would be o.k. to split up the steak and eggs up across however many meals you would want.
