Dehydroepiandrosterone DHEA - For Testosterone and Fat Loss

Dehydroepiandrosterone is a hormone precursor that is  produced by the adrenal glands. It is a legal prohormone that forms testosterone in men and estrogen in women. It is also important for supporting insulin function, increasing bone density and promoting mental health.

DHEA levels can start to decline after the age of 20 in men who are training hard and often.

The recommended dosage is 25, 50 or 100 mg of DHEA twice per day.

It is sometimes stacked with low dose Pregnenolone, the master hormone. If you are a fat guy an estrogen blocker is always recommended.

At Jim Stoppani's website he recommended:

"50-100 mg pregnenolone and 50-100 mg DHEA in the morning and at night."
