Exercises you haven't tried: Barbell Crawl

Place a barbell across your traps and descend into a squat. Taking very small steps, walk forward in this squat position. Bring your knees up and forward, not out to the sides, as you travel across the floor. Be sure to keep your chest up and your abs pulled in tight. Walk about 20 feet, stand up — squeeze your quads, glutes and hams — then return along the same path in the squat position.
