I really enjoy sharing my readings and findings in a quest to help us all become better versions of ourselves. This passion is fueled by reading Weider publications since my teenage years and rediscovering my health in recent years. I blew up to over 250 lbs over the last 15 years and am now feeling much better hoving between 195 and 215 lbs. My goal is to keep plugging away until I get down to 175 lbs.
