Below is my version of the giant set. No real science and I haven’t tried it yet. I often think of these things, try them and then tweak them. I am either hitting the compound movements and/or lagging body parts first.
The exercises should be performed one after another as a circuit. You would then rest 2 – 3 minutes and then repeat up to four times. I would start with maybe two circuits and then the next week three circuits. Finally moving to four circuits in week 3 and 4.
