MuscleTech Clear Muscle and Muscle Builder Stack






The HMB and Peak ATP in a recent study resulted in 9kg of lean body gains over a 12 week period. That’s 20 pounds of gains. 

I paid $46 for the stack at Walmart. It would cost me approximately another $26 to get a full month of HMB. Total cost for a month of the stack at my local Walmart would be $72 before tax.

HMB (Beta-Hydroxy-Beta-Methylbutyrate)

Leucine metabolite HMB stimulates the synthesis of cholesterol in the muscle cells, inhibits cortisol and activates the classic anabolic signal molecule mTOR.

Beta-hydroxy beta-methylbutyrate, or HMB, has been shown to benefit muscle recovery and growth at just 3 grams per day.  It has been suggested that for fat loss, a trainee should take 1.5 to 3g of HMB three or four times per day, preferably on an empty stomach (between meals) or prior to exercise. 

For muscle growth and strength gains, beginning lifters can take 3g per day; experienced lifters need up to 12g daily in two or three divided doses. This could become an extremely expensive proposition for most folks as HMB is a costly supplement.

ADENOSINE TRIPHOSPHATE (ATP) 

Adenosine triphosphate is a major energy source for every cell in the body. Taking the supplemental form increases blood levels of ATP, which in turn increases blood flow to muscles. ATP also has been reported to reduce fat storage, burn stored fat and increase one-rep max after just 14 days.

The recommended dosage is typically 125-250mg twice daily on an empty stomach. The HMB-ATP study used 400 mg once daily.
