My Past Carbohydrate History (Weight Loss Per Week)



When I read Atkins some years ago it intrigued me that by starting at 20 grams of carbohydrates per week and slowly ramping the amount up, I could find out how many I could eat without gaining weight.

I tracked my carbohydrate intake over maybe a year and a half and below is what I found out.
