My December 2017 Workout Plan - 4-Day Big Lift Focused Split

December will be a bodybuilding 4-day split. 

Day 1 - Deadlift and Traps.
Day 2 - Chest and Biceps.
Day 3 - Back and Triceps.
Day 4 - Squats and Overhead Press.

Cardio when I can fit it in.

Diet - Greg Plitt Liquid with one meal.

Potential Appetite Control Stack as needed.

The Experimental Appetite Suppression Stack featuring Tagamet (Cimetidine)

ECA Stack as needed for energy.
