Arm Day Pyramid for a Huge Muscle Pump

Mix 1 scoop of Evlution Pump Mode with Gatorade and drink 1/2 30 minutes before the workout. Sip the rest throughout the workout.

Workout 1
Barbell or EZ Bar Curls 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 reps with 15 second rest

Skull Crushers reps 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 reps with 15 second rest

One Arm Preacher Curl 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 reps with 15 second rest

One Arm Lying Dumbbell Tricep Extension 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 reps with 15 second rest

High Cable Curl 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 reps with 15 second rest


Overhead Tricep Cable Extensions 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 reps with 15 second rest




Workout 2
Heavy Cable Tricep Pressdown with bar 4 x 8-10
Heavy Cable Preacher Curls 4 x 6-8

Lying Cable Tricep Skullcrushers 4 x 8-10
Hammer Dumbbell Curls 4 x 8-10

Smith Machine Close-Grip Bench Press 4 x 6-8
Preacher Curls 4 x 10-20

Rope Tricep Pressdown 3 x 10-20
Rope Hammer Curls 3 x 10-20

Broscience Alert! Bringing Up Legs (or any other body part)


Training Split
Day 1 – Chest
Day 2 – Legs
Day 3 – Back
Day 4 – Shoulders/Arms
Day 5 – Legs

Day 1, 3 and 5 – 3 sets of 10 very light squats prior to or after your workout

Rules:
Stimulate don’t annihilate.  Do 3 sets of 10 reps with 30 to 45 seconds rest on each exercise.

Do this overtraining style for no more than 4 weeks with a 2 – 4 week break before doing again.

Do not do any sets to failure. Light weight with a pump focus. You should not be extremely sore after the workouts.

Listen to your body. If you lose interest in workouts or have sore joints or injuries. STOP!!!!

I saw an interview with Rich Piana where he talks about doing feeders sets. For arms he stated he did 100 skull crushed with DB's and 60 hammer curls for 3 sets (low weight) right before bed. ... Been doing them for 3 days and the pump and feel the next day is unreal.

Kettlebell Tabata Circuit for Cardio, Strength and Fat Loss



Tabata training involves doing 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds.

An example would be a 20-second sprints and 10 seconds of rest repeated 8 times for a total of 4 minutes. 

Kettlebell Tabata – AMRAP = As Many Reps As Possible.
