Round 3 of the Garcinia Cambogia Experiment - November 2015




Starting a new round of Garcinia Cambogia. The last two experiments resulted in weight losses of 16 and 10 pounds over 6 week periods. 



This round will involve using the Vitamin Shoppe brand of Garcinia Cambogia. I will be taking three capsules containing 1,500 mg. That’s one capsule more than the dose on the directions. Don’t do this unless you are a professional lab rat.

How to take:

        Potassium and/or calcium increases absorption.

Take 1,500-3,000mg per day. Maximum short-term up to 6,000mg

        Look for a minimum 50% HCA

Take 30 to 60 minutes before eating or it will bind to the meal and will not work.
