Supplements to Take Advantage of the Most Anabolic Hormone Insulin

Chromium Picolinate increases muscle cell insulin sensitivity.

Alpha Lipoid Acid (ALA) is an anti-oxidant that increases insulin sensitivity and glucose metabolism.

Cinnamon delays gastric emptying, lowesr blood glucose levels following meals and reduces fasting insulin.

Berberine is an sensitizer that increases the use of the anabolic hormone insulin.

Cyanidin 3-glucoside (C3G) effects insulin signaling, selective insulin sensitivity, glucose and nutrient repartitioning.


Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) lowers glucose and insulin responses and increases satiety after a bread meal in health.

Ursolic Acid shows promise as a repartitioning agent.

Vanadyl Sulfate helps with uptake of glucose into muscle cells instead of fat cells.

Weight Loss Shake Recipe



In a blender combine:

• 10-12 ounces distilled water
• 1-2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
• 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
• 1 scoop Lindberg Protein Blend
• 1 teaspoon L-glutamine powder
• 1 teaspoon MSM powder
• 6-8 frozen strawberries
• 1/4 cup blueberries
• 1/2 banana
• 1 packet non-caloric sweetener

If desired, add a few ice cubes and blend till smooth.

My current pre-workout stack.



1 Scoop Pre-workout 

6 grams citruilline malate

10 grams whey protein

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

4 ounces of grapefruit juice

1 gram l-carnitine 

500 mg ginger

20 mg fucoxanthin

I add water to taste and blend all together in a shaker cup.
