Lessons from the 30 Days Anti-Aging Show: A Protocol of Diet, Exercise, Testosterone and HGH (2005)

I'm just going to hit the highlights or really only the stuff that interests me. For details on who was in it go to IMDB or Wikipedia.

Protocol:
Daily HGH injections (1 unit)
Weekly Testosterone injections

Supplements:
Acorbyl Palmitate (fat soluble vitamin C)
CoQ10
DHEA
Fish Oil
Fibro Malic Magnesium
Ultra Nutrient (I don't know. Maybe a multivitamin?)
Creatine Pyruvate

Exercise:
Cardio 5 - 6 times per week.
Bodyweight exercises
Weight Training

Results:
In the 1st week he lost 7 lbs. in body weight.

He had elevated liver function tests. (maybe that's why muscle guys take liver support) The pro bodybuilder who did his strength training shed light on the liver function test. Too many supplements. The gastroenterologist confirmed the bodybuilders assessment.

Sperm production dropped off. (duh - maybe he should have talked to some juicers. PCT)

He quit after 22 days due to the liver function tests and the sperm production issues.

His liver functions returned to normal and his sperm count rebounded. (That's why gear nation cycles.)

His body weight went from 202 lbs to 187 lbs.

He lost 15 lbs and his body fat dropped by 15% in only 22 days.

The trip to Mexico.
