Ornithine for nitric oxide, energy, muscle recovery, growth, immune function and fat burning

Ornithine

Ornithine is an amino acid that serves as a precursor to arginine, leucine and glutamine. Ornithine increases nitric oxide production, energy, muscle recovery, and growth. In addition it's ability to help the body manage ammonia it blunts fatigue and muscle breakdown. Ornithine also supports immune function and fat burning.

Ornithine is often combined with arginine to boost growth hormone.
