The #Casein #Whey #Protein #Dessert - Oh yeah serious bulking stuff.

Here are the ingredients to this yummy dessert.
1 package jello, 4 oz.
1 small can of pineapple, drained
1 container small curd cottage cheese (cottage cheese is 80% casein, 20% whey)
1 pint of heavy whipping cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Optional if really trying to bulk, use pie filling for the fruit.
