This Weeks Pre-Workout Rankings: BPI 1MR Vortex, Cellucor C4 or Twinlab MVP Fuel

Day 1 - Leg Day - BPI 1MR - slow start but finished strong. Good taste and no crash. Got more reps on the leg press. 7 sets pyramiding up then back down.

Day 2 - Push Day - Cellucor C4 - Good fast workout. Good taste and no crash. Strong Sets.

Day 3 - Pull Day - Twinlab MVP Fuel - Not good at all for me. No energy. No focus.

*** I will have to try MVP Fuel again. It appears I was dehydrated during the workout.

All were stacked with Purus Labs Noxygen.
