Baking Soda for Muscle Buffering (Stack with Creatine and Beta-Alanine)



Stack
Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) 1/2 to 1 teaspoon 
Creatine Monohydrate 3 to 5 grams

Beta-Alanine 1.6 to 3.2 grams

Intra-Muscular acid buffers (Creatine and BA)
Extra-Cellular or blood acid buffer (baking soda)

Buffering results in more endurance and strength for better workouts.
