A Full Body Resistance Tube Workout


Equipment: Resistance Tubes

For best results do 3 sets of 8-12 repetitions for each exercise
- Chest -- Single arm chest press
- Legs -- Squats
- Back -- Rows and Assisted Pullups
- Biceps -- Bicep curls
- Triceps -- Over head extensions
- Shoulders -- Front rise -- Lateral rise
- Combo: Lunges w/shoulder press
- Combo: Bicep curls w/lateral rise
