Metabolic Effect Monster Set

4 rounds of 4 exercises (as a circuit)

Do five reps of each exercise. You must complete all five reps.

Take as little rest as possible.

Try to finish within 20 minutes.

1.    Back Squat

2.    Clean from floor

3.    Dumbbell Bench Press

4.    DB Deadlift

Repeat for 4 rounds.
