Eat 12 Green Olives Per Day for More Muscle and Less Fat

A recent study from the University of Palermo recruited 23 people between the ages of 18 and 65 to eat a dozen green olives a day for 30 days. The participants loss a kilogram (2.2 pounds) of fat and replaced it with about the same amount of muscle. This was without changes in diet or exercise.
