My November 2017 Workout Plan - 4-Day Body Part Split

November will be a bodybuilding 4-day split. 

Day 1 - Legs and Traps.
Day 2 - Chest and a Triceps Finisher.
Day 3 - Back and a Biceps Finisher.
Day 4 - Legs and Shoulders.
Day 5 - Walk 
Day 6 - Walk and Strength Band Push-ups and Pull-ups
Day 7 - Walk

Cardio will consist of 5 minutes stair climber, treadmill, cycling or ARC trainer pre-workout as a warm-up and HIIT cycling for 5 minutes post-workout. 

Diet - Intermittent Fasting with 2.5 mg Primaforce Yohimbine HCL pulse every 2 hours while fasting.

Potential Appetite Control Stack as needed.
