My October 2017 Workout Plan - 4-Day Body Part Split

October will be a bodybuilding 4-day split. 

Day 1 - Chest and one set of a triceps finisher.
Day 2 - Back and one set of a biceps finisher.
Day 3 - Legs and Traps.
Day 4 - Shoulders, Arms and Full Body Pump (ultra light or bodyweight)

Cardio will consist of 5 -10 minutes stair climber, treadmill, cycling or ARC trainer pre-workout as a warm-up and HIIT cycling for 10-15 minutes post-workout. 

Diet - Intermittent Fasting with 2.5 mg Primaforce Yohimbine HCL pulse every 2 hours while fasting.
