I meet hardgainers all the time that love to workout. They workout five or six days a week and there is nothing you can do to stop them. I try to explain that fat endos like me should be working out that vigorously and they should be doing a one, two or three day split.
But they are not only hardgainers but hardheaded also.
So bro, if you are going to continue in those wacky ways, you need to sip on some calories while you workout.
You can go with the stack pictured above.
Now Carbo Gain ½ cup giving you 190 calories and 47 grams of carbohydrates mixed with 1 scoop Dymatize Elite XT giving you 125 calories and 21 grams of protein. This will give you a total of 315 calories.
