Lift Like a Belgian: Stronglifts 5x5. Possibly the best beginning to advanced weight training program.



Positives. Simple and effective. This program forces you to increase your ligament strength along with your muscle strength. Bringing you along slowly helps prevent those pesky injuries that take you out of the game for months.

I wish this program was available when I first started.
