Supplement Sample Review: Twinlab Power Fuel 52

Here's the summary:

Taste 5 out of 5.
Energy 3 out of 5.
Pump 3 out of 5.

"I don't believe in hype. I believe in work." That's what the ad text says. Or maybe it's a Ray Lewis quote. That's where the 52 comes in. It's the "Land Shark's" jersey number.

Either way, it a tall order to live up to. As with other pre-workouts, I am primarily interested in energy and pump.

I had the Electric Blue Raspberry. The taste was excellent. I didn't think it was a pre-workout.

The energy and pump were good. 

I ended up doing 10 sets of 3 pull-ups supersetted with 50lb dumbbell rows.

I had energy to spare afterword.

This pre-workout hits on all cylinders.
