5-4-3-2-1 Rep Circuit




The circuit works this way. 

Choose weights that you could safely do 10 – 15 reps with. 

You will do each exercise for 5 reps then without rest do each for 4 reps and so on until 1 rep.

Squats
Overhead Press
Deadlifts
Bent-Over Rows
Romanian Deadlifts
Bench Press
