Thriv Advanced Daily Protein | All Natural Gluten Free | Designed to Mimic Mothers Milk | 16.2 oz (60% Whey / 40% Casein)

Product description

THRIV PROTEIN

Thriv Protein Blend provides a commodity protein supplement to meet the category needs of individuals looking for a price-driven protein supplement that still delivers a high quality blend of whey, casein and milk protein. Produced from Grass Pasture Fed Cows free of GMO, bovine growth hormone, antibiotics, and anabolics. Thrive Protein Blend is low-heat pasteurized to maintain the integrity and bioavailability of the protein peptides.

Designed to Imitate Human Milk

With its precisely tuned level of supplemental first day colostrum, Thriv is thus way more than a simple muscle builder. With the far‐reaching effects colostrum can have on your anti‐oxidant and antimicrobial defenses as well as its modulatory effect on your immune system – a property that distinguishes Thriv from all the other whey + casein mixes on the market. This is why the human body uses Colostrum from day 1 in human milk to grow and develop!

Whey and Casein Blend

State of the art research shows that the dairy proteins whey and casein are the best natural source of essential amino acids and bioactive peptides. Thriv is made with low heat pasteurized whey protein isolate, and milk protein concentrate to allow Thrīv to offer the perfect synergy of fast and slow digesting dairy proteins.

All Natural and Wholesome!

With its unique natural sweetener blend that’s based on glycine, monk fruit, stevia, and erythritol Thrīv has a natural sweetness that won't leave you questioning whether the delicious supplement you've just consumed may have detrimental effects on your health. Add in real vanilla, cream extract, and salt (sodium chloride) Thriv tastes like your grandma's self-made vanilla milk-shake and unlike any of the vanillin-flavored synthetic products on the market!

The Stack Guide for All American EFX as presented by Dr. Jeff Golini

I recently emailed Dr. Jeff Golini over at All American EFX and asked how to stack their products for various users.

Dr. Jeff is a great guy who runs a great company. I encourage you to support the brand.

Below is his response:

Hello Mike and sorry it took me so long to get this answered for you.

Here is how I always recommend on how to stack our products.  A lot of it comes down to one’s budget, but this is my recommended stacks.

 1)    The average gym goer just looking to stay in shape.

**Kre-Alkalyn 2 capsules daily (1.5 grams)

VitaDrive (2 capsules daily)

NF Pro (They need about 1 gram per lb of body weight of protein.  Use this at night or after a workout)

Karbolyn (50 grams/1 scoop before workout on workout out days only)

2) The bodybuilding - hardgainer - looking to add mass.

**Kre-Alkalyn (2 caps in the A.M. and 2 caps mid day)  3 grams total

**Freakmaker Build (one scoop in the A.M. after breakfast)

**NF Pro (1.5 grams of protein per lb of desired weight.  Take about three of these per day in-between meals

**Freak Maker shock if they like preworkouts

**Karbolyn (50 grams before a workout and use 50 grams in each of the protein drinks.

**VitaDrive   2-4 caps per day

**GlutaZorb  2 capsules daily before a workout

3) The bodybuilding - cutter - looking to get lean

**NF Pro.  1.5 grams of protein per lb of weight.  Use the protein in-Between meals

**Kre-Alkalyn Hard Core.  Take 1-2 caps in the A.M.

**Kre-Alkalyn Regular (take 2 caps before a workout and 2 caps mid-day)

*Vitadrive:  2-4 caps daily

**GlutaZorb  2 caps daily before workout

**Amino ERP BCAA  (one scoop x 1-3 times per day)

*Karbolyn  50 grams before a workout

4) The endurance athlete or Crossfit athlete.

**Vitadrive    2-4 caps daily

**Karbolyn  50 grams before exercise and also this can be used during  the run, etc

**Glutazorb:  2-4 capsules daily

**Kre-Alkalyn 2 caps in the A.M. and 2 caps before training

**NF Pro  Use between meals as needed to keep protein up.  1 gram per lb of body weight

**Some of these people also like Pre-Workouts.  So they could also use Kre-Alkalyn Hardcore or Freak Make Shock

5) The powerlifter

**Kre-Alkalyn (2 caps in the A.M. and 2 caps mid day)  3 grams total

**Freakmaker Build (one scoop in the A.M. after breakfast and 1 scoop before bed)

**NF Pro (1.5 grams of protein per lb of desired weight.

**Freak Maker shock if they like preworkouts or Kre-Alkalyn Hardcore

The Experimental Appetite Suppression Stack featuring Tagamet (Cimetidine)

1) Tagamet or Generic Cimetidine 200 mg - I would be interested
to see if other acid reducers have the same effect.
     i.e. Ranitidine and Famotidine

The half-life of cimetidine is approximately 2 hours. Blood concentrations remain above that required to provide 80% inhibition of basal gastric acid secretion for 4 to 5 hours following a dose of 300 mg. The principal route of excretion of cimetidine is the urine.

2) Caffeine 200 mg

3) Green Tea Extract containing 300 mg of EGCG

4) Forskolin 50 mg

Optional:

5) Rob Regish also suggests adding 20 mg of Ephedrine.

Take this stack twice per day.

I would think you may only want to use on short cycles. Or potentially on non-training days. See below warnings.

*** Warning ***
Cimetidine may extend the effects of some of the ingredients. Especially caffeine.

Risk of gynaecomastia associated with cimetidine, omeprazole, and ...

Ori Hofmekler wants to make you ancestrial strong in Unlock Your Muscle Gene.

Ori Hofmekler uses anthropology and current muscle science to unlock our ancestors hybrid type muscle fibers.
To do this he discusses combining three things that are missing from our modern life.
  1. High Intensity Training
  2. Strength Training
  3. Danger
While the first two are easy the last would provide some difficulty. You could take up MMA or walk up and down (backwards) steps carrying weight or maybe one-legged squats.
I listened to a interview on The Superhuman Radio Show and below are a few takeaways.
  1. High glycemic diets are destroying our metabolism.
  2. Train fasted.
  3. Combines strength and speed activities.
  4. Try HIIT + Strength + Danger to activate Type IIa hybrid muscle fibers.
  5. Good luck and stay strong.

Bodyweight Training Routine: Train like a dinosaur, a marine, a seal or a convict.

I first heard about this listening to Rob Regish during the Blueprint Power Hour on Carl Lanore’s Super Human Radio program.

Start with what’s called the Century Workout. It’s 100 reps in maximum succession with no rest. If you get all 100 reps then next session add reps or rounds.
Here’s the workout.
 Exercise                     Reps
Squats                           40
Push-ups                       30
Hanging Knee Raises  20
Pull-ups                         10

This workout can also be used as a deload week workout.

"If you have guts and gravity, you're in business." Rob Regish
Below are some great books to help devise more bodyweight workouts.
