I first
heard about this listening to Rob Regish during the Blueprint Power Hour on
Carl Lanore’s Super Human Radio program.
Start with
what’s called the Century Workout. It’s 100 reps in maximum succession with no
rest. If you get all 100 reps then next session add reps or rounds.
Here’s the
workout.

can also be used as a deload week workout.
