The Super Recomp Stack | CLA and Betaine

Those of us that have a tendency to put equal amounts of fat and muscle on are known as endomorphs. Some believe it and some say it's bogus. Whatever camp you fall in I would say if you go up in fat just by looking at pizza, try this stack.

CLA 3- 6 grams per day
Betaine 2.5 grams per day

Beware, you will not notice drastic changes in muscle or the way you feel. This is a 12-week or longer stack.
